Lilly Wood Candles & Gifts Orders

All Lilly Wood Gifts are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrive within 3-4 working days, at a flat rate of £3.95. Once I have dispatched your order to Royal Mail you will receive an email from me notifying you that your order is on its way, which will include a tracking number. You are welcome to collect your order from Lilly Wood Candles, so at the checkout please click on Pick up, so you are not charged for postage. All orders are carefully gift wrapped using as much eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging as I can. Larger purchases are packaged in a kraft gift box with shredded paper/wood wool and beautifully completed with a sprinkle of dried flower petals, with an organza bow and cream and brown paper ribbon. For more delicate trinket gifts, they come in a small drawstring hessian bag with a tied ribbon, or a solid little kraft gift box, giving any of your gifts a timeless and rustic feel.

We have a selection of other lovely gifts that are shipped to you directly from a 3rd party. These products are labelled under a different category called GIFTS. All of these products have a set postage fee of £4.79 which includes 1st class tracked. These parcels will arrive in plain kraft packaging. I hope you love all of your products!
