A gorgeous little keepsake tag for that very special 'Fab Friend'
Each heart measures 8cm and is made by hand in a workshop where they make, bisque fire, glaze and kiln fire each item, the process takes approximately 10 working days.
All hearts are carefully gift wrapped, in a small hessian drawstring bag.
